As firms grow, it becomes difficult to manage each employer’s arrival and departure times, which can lead to missed hours and days, time gaps, and wasted time. Internet applications can assist you manage people, shifts, and leaves.
ezTimeSheet, a comprehensive and user-friendly time tracking program, lets you track payrolls and shifts. It automates time monitoring and budgeting and allows employers track work, vacation, and sick time.
.NET Framework must be installed to execute the software. It’s tidy and easy to use, with a ribbon bar including the administrator and employee menus.
Set up admin and user permissions and entries management.
Choose admin or employee mode to begin. Log in with the specified password to access the admin tools. On the left side of the panel, the tool displays all connected members, while on the right, you can see the current date and time and each person’s latest check-in.
By entering their complete name, username, password, start date, address, city, employee number, phone, email, and a default image, the program enables you change and add members. Additionally, you may set the normal and overtime pay rates and activate them.
Manage records and summarize.
In admin mode, you can lock and unlock time entries and add new ones if there is a gap by selecting the time interval and name. Vacations follow the same stages, including leave type (time off, sick, unpaid) and status (e.g. pending, denied, approved).
Last but not least, you may produce reports for employee time earned and leave. From “Settings”
Uninstalling like name software
1. On your keyboard, press the Windows button
2. Type “add” then click the “Add or remove programs”
3. Next it will display the the “Apps & Features”
4. On Search this list box type like name name
5. Last step is click the Uninstall button.
